PRAYER FOR LFWC
Heavenly Father hallowed be Your name.
You are holy, righteous, mighty, and worthy of all glory, honor, and praise.
Your kingdom come. Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Father, I pray that Your kingdom would come and Your will would be done in our church as it is
in heaven. Let Jesus Christ be exalted. Let the Holy Ghost have full liberty. Let truth prevail. Let
holiness increase. Let every work of darkness be exposed and driven out by the power and
authority of Jesus Christ.
Father, Your Word says:
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
— James 4:7
So today, Father, we submit ourselves completely unto You.
We surrender our hearts, our minds, our families, our church, our leadership, our ministries,
our plans, and our desires unto You.
We submit our tongue to You Father in Jesus Name!
Father help us to never put our mouth on another person in Jesus we pray.
Father help us to speak only life toward others, words that build not tear down, words that heal
not words of death, in Jesus we pray!
And having submitted ourselves unto You, we resist the devil and every work of darkness in the
mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Lord Jesus, rebuke every evil influence that seeks to operate against Your church.
We pray against every spirit of pride, control, manipulation, deception, rebellion, jealousy,
strife, bitterness, accusation, division, intimidation, confusion, fear, and every Jezebel-like
influence that seeks to corrupt, dominate, seduce, manipulate, or draw hearts away from
obedience to Jesus Christ.
Father, Your Word says:
“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down
of strong holds;
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of
God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.”
— 2 Corinthians 10:3–5
Therefore, Father pull down every stronghold that has established itself in hearts, minds,
relationships, leadership, or ministries.
Cast down every imagination and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of
God.
Bring every thought, every motive, every ambition, and every desire into captivity to the
obedience of Christ.
Father, let every lie be exposed by truth.
Let every hidden work be brought into the light.
Let every false motive be revealed.
Let every ungodly influence lose its hold.
Let every plan of the enemy fail.
Let every stronghold be broken.
Father, Your Word declares:
“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper.”
— Isaiah 54:17
Therefore, we stand upon Your promise.
No weapon formed against Your church shall prosper.
No weapon formed against our pastors shall prosper.
No weapon formed against our families shall prosper.
No weapon formed against our unity shall prosper.
No weapon of accusation, deception, fear, intimidation, manipulation, temptation, or division
shall prosper when we stand faithfully in Christ.
Father, protect us according to Psalm 91.
“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the
Almighty.
I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.”

Father, be our refuge.
Be our fortress.
Cover our church under the shadow of the Almighty.
Protect every family.
Protect every child.
Protect every leader.
Protect every ministry.
Protect every person who enters our doors.
Keep us from the snare of the enemy.
Keep us from deception.
Keep us from spiritual blindness.
Keep us from compromise.
Keep us from pride.
Keep us from division.
Father, Your Word says:
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”
— Ephesians 6:10–11
Father, help us to be strong in You and in the power of Your might.
Clothe us with the whole armour of God.
Gird us with truth.
Cover us with the breastplate of righteousness.
Prepare our feet with the gospel of peace.
Give us the shield of faith to quench every fiery dart of the wicked.
Guard our minds with the helmet of salvation.
Put the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, in our hands and in our hearts.
Teach us to pray always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.
Father, keep us spiritually awake.
Give us discernment.
Give us wisdom.
Give us courage.
Give us humility.
Give us love.
Give us holiness.
Help us never to confuse people with the enemy, because Your Word says:
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
— Ephesians 6:12
Father, protect us from fighting one another.
Keep us from attacking people.
Give us eyes to recognize the true spiritual battle.
Teach us to speak the truth in love.
Teach us to forgive.
Teach us to pray for one another.
Teach us to restore rather than destroy.
Teach us to walk in humility.
Father, search us personally.
“Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”

Father, begin with me.
If there is pride in me, reveal it.
If there is bitterness in me, remove it.
If there is unforgiveness in me, convict me.
If there is jealousy in me, cleanse me.
If there is a controlling spirit in me, break it.
If there is rebellion in me, correct me.
If there is anything in my heart that gives the enemy an opportunity, expose it and cleanse me
through the blood of Jesus Christ.
Father, create in me a clean heart.
Renew a right spirit within me.
Make me useful for Your kingdom.
Father, I pray especially for our pastor and church leadership.
Protect their minds.
Protect their marriages.
Protect their families.
Protect their integrity.
Protect their health.
Protect their calling.
Protect them from discouragement, temptation, deception, pride, exhaustion, and spiritual
attack.
Give them wisdom from above.
Give them boldness to preach Your Word faithfully.
Give them discernment to recognize error.
Give them courage to confront sin in love.
Give them humility to receive correction.
Surround them with faithful men and women who will pray for them and strengthen them.
Father, remove every person or influence that intentionally seeks to divide, manipulate,
control, deceive, or destroy.
But Father, where people themselves are wounded, deceived, or spiritually bound, do not
destroy them—deliver them.
Open their eyes.
Bring them to repentance.
Restore them to truth.
Set them free through Jesus Christ.
Father, Your Word says:
“Behold, I give unto you power… over all the power of the enemy.”

We recognize that our authority does not come from ourselves.
Our authority is in Jesus Christ.
Our victory is in Jesus Christ.
Our righteousness is in Jesus Christ.
Our protection is in Jesus Christ.
Our hope is in Jesus Christ.
Father help us get our eyes off ourselves and onto Jesus Christ!
Therefore, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we resist every work of darkness that seeks to
oppose the purposes of God.
We declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over this church.
Jesus Christ is Lord over our families.
Jesus Christ is Lord over our lives.
Jesus Christ is Lord over every ministry.

Father, let the blood of Jesus cover and cleanse us.
Let the Word of God govern us.
Let the Holy Ghost fill us.
Let the love of Christ rule us.

Father, cleanse Your church.

Awaken Your church.
Fill Your church.
Make us a house of prayer.
Make us a people who hunger for righteousness.
Make us a people who love Your Word.
Make us a people who fear God, and we do not fear man.
Make us a people who desire Your glory more than recognition.
Make us a people who walk in love without compromising truth.
Father, frustrate every plan of the enemy.
Expose every lie.
Break every chain.
Heal every wound.
Restore every broken relationship that can be restored in truth.
Bring prodigals home.
Save the lost.
Strengthen the weak.
Encourage the discouraged.
Heal the wounded.
Deliver the oppressed.
Revive the weary.
Father fill every place from which darkness is removed with the presence and power of the Holy
Ghost.
Fill us with truth.
Fill us with love.
Fill us with wisdom.

Fill us with a hunger and thirst after righteousness.
Father, Your kingdom come.
